My wife and I stayed here for our annual color tour. Very good price for late October. It is right on the beach. Our room was very nice. Spacious. Bathroom had an actual door. I get a little annoyed with hotels that only have a showing door. The whole place looked good. Well maintained. Very nice pool areas and a hot tub. My minor complaints: I don't like the breakfast system. You fill out a card and they deliver a box outside your door. It was ok. But I really like the hotel breakfasts where you can go grab some fresh eggs, oatmeal, etc. Didn't love the prepackaged stuff. Also - please bring back the 3 ring binder welcome pack that lists things in the area to do- and more importantly, the guide to the channels on the TV. Oh, and please make it so you can cast from your phone to the TV in the room.

Great location right on the east bay. Close proximity to the peninsula and all the wineries and just a short 5 minute drive from downtown TC. The rooms could use a lot of updating but we were there simply to sleep. It did that just fine. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. My favorite part of our stay was this is located right on the east bay and the beach is on the back side. Perfect for a relaxing night sitting in the sand and looking at the stars or in the morning with a cup of coffee and silence. I actually preferred this hotel over the fancy and overpriced hotel that was walking distance from downtown.

It was just okay! We weren’t there very much, but the location was very nice. Lots of fun stuff to do in the area. The beach level rooms are well worth it and nice to have the slider open to hear the waves. The hot tub was pretty clean and worked nicely! Ramon was very welcoming. My only complaint is, the Wi-Fi didn’t work well, and the TV was very spotty with how well it worked. The breakfast went to waste both days, wished we didn’t order it. It wasn’t appetizing at all. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay. It was one of the cheaper options in the area.

We would have enjoyed a larger gift shop. The indoor pool area was very hot if you werenÂ¿t swimming.

This hidden gem exceeded all of our expectations. From the stunning beachfront views to the impeccable service, every moment was pure delight. 🌞 The resort's design looks like something out of an old postcard and is painted in a beautiful turquoise color, making it a perfect combination for a beach holiday. The cozy and elegantly designed rooms made me feel right at home, and the beach access was a dream come true. 🏖️ Whether it's lounging by the pool or taking a leisurely stroll along the shores of Lake Michigan, this place offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We loved this hotel and location. The amenities were great- very clean beach with toy box of sand toys, jet skis and kayaks to rent. Our first room (non water view) had A/C issues so we were moved to a lake side room and given a credit on our bill!

Quite happy with our experience here. Wife and I went for our anniversary. Customer service was excellent. They gave us a free upgrade , our room was clean spacious. Beach was nice, pool was relaxing. Would surely stay again if we decide to head back to Traverse city again in the future.
